i was browsing on my phone and everything felt smooth. pages loaded quickly, and i didn’t run into any weird mobile glitches.

I picked up one of the Alabaster study books because I wanted something that would help me slow down and actually pay attention while reading. Umm, it’s been helpful so far, especially with the clean layout and the space for notes.
The photos and overall design make it feel a lot less like I’m just pushing through another study session, which I really appreciated. It also helped me stay more focused during small group, instead of flipping around or getting distracted.

I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the price feels a little high for what it is. But overall, I’m still happy I got it and I’ve been using it regularly

I had to follow up twice just to get my exchange moving, which shouldn’t have been necessary. The whole process took way longer than expected, and after the hassle and delay, I’d expect some kind of compensation or goodwill gesture

The packaging looked really nice and neat when it arrived . The box was clean and in good shape overall , but one corner had a small dent , so I’m giving it 4 stars .

I noticed right away that the pages have a clear pattern to them, which makes everything easy to follow. Nothing feels overly complicated, and once you get the layout, it’s simple enough to move through without having to stop and figure things out.

I really like the translation choices in this. It has most of the ones I actually use, and switching between them is super easy. Would be nice to see a few more added eventually, but overall it works well for reading and comparing verses...

I had to return one item and I was kind of expecting the usual headache, but it was smooth. The return instructions were clear, and I liked that the label was right where they said it would be instead of hidden in some random menu. I dropped it off, kept checking the tracking probably more than necessary, and the refund came through faster than I thought it would. Customer support replied to my email too — nothing overly polished, just a normal helpful answer, which I actually appreciated. I’d order from them again

It looks nice, I’ll give it that, but it feels like it was made for a specific type of person. Maybe that’s on the product for not being clearer about who it’s really for, because I didn’t end up finding it all that useful for me.

The product pages looked good and made me feel confident about ordering, which is why the checkout experience was so frustrating. My cart kept taking forever to update, and the discount code box was acting weird, so I couldn’t even tell if the code actually worked or not.
Then the shipping cost didn’t show up until late in the process, which made the whole thing feel kind of shady or at least poorly handled. I still went through with the order, but I felt stupid for trusting it would be a smooth checkout. For what they’re charging, I expected a lot better...

Overall, it lines up well with my theology, and I found a lot of it helpful. I do wish some of the notes went a little deeper instead of just brushing the surface. I haven’t bothered reaching out to customer service about anything, because I never really trust that those chats or emails lead anywhere useful. But as far as the actual content goes, I’m mostly happy with it.

I got this for my sister as a gift, and she loved it!! The packaging looked really nice... but not like, over-the-top fancy or anything. It felt a little more thoughtful than the usual candle or random gift stuff I normally end up grabbing. She even said she’d actually use it, which is always a win, right?! I’d definitely order again for a birthday, Christmas, or whenever I need an easy but still nice gift!!

I do really like the look of Alabaster’s products, like the whole design just feels clean and thoughtful and a little more special than your average notebook or book, if that makes sense. The quality seems decent too, nothing about it feels cheap exactly. But at the same time, for the price, I guess I expected maybe a little more? Once you add shipping and everything, the total gets up there quickly, and I found myself wondering if it was really worth it. I’d say if you absolutely love the style, you’ll probably be happy with it, but for me it’s more of a once-in-a-while purchase than something I’d buy regularly.

I don’t know exactly what I was expecting, but this just feels really nice in person. It has a solid, well-made feel that kind of surprised me in a good way. There was a tiny mark on one corner, which was a little annoying, but not enough to really bother me. Overall, I’m really happy with it and would definitely buy it again
